39 reviewsNo idea how the other reviews aren’t 5*, for the price you are paying (WITH breakfast included) this place is excellent value. The rooms are very spacious! We are backpacking and you need room for your bag to pretty much explode.. and this room has exactly what is needed for that. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and exactly the type of people you would want running a little guest house like this. The bathroom is excellent and you have everything you need provided (hairdryer, towels, fridge, kettle, hangers, shower gel, shampoo...etc). Some reviews say the breakfast is limited but if you’re coming to Chiang Mai for the breakfast then you’re not doing it right. Every morning you get water, fresh juice, fruit, coffee/tea, eggs, meat (if wanted) croissants and toast. It had been slightly different (yet completely enjoyable and just enough) every day so I’m looking forward to tomorrow :) The location is great all the restaurants of the old town are in walking distance, and it’s not too loud like some areas. There’s a 7-eleven 5 minutes away and a laundrette opposite. Seriously can’t fault it.
