After a day walking round in hot, humid weather a spur of the moment visit for aching feet was such a relief. The foot massage included the feet and legs as high as the knees. Just the right amount of pressure with all the usual moves was so good. The lady doing my massage was responsive to various sore spots. I'm not sure how long the massage took. Could have been 30 mins or even an hour. Very relaxing and would recommend. The only distraction was the pinging of a mobile phone with messages perhaps? And the therapist checking it one handed every now again while doing the treatment. Great value for money.
