Stayed here many time.Very clean good rooms and showers,right next to river,lovely views across to Laos and watching the constant river traffic.Two good places to eat within a few minutes walk.The town itself has lost a bit of sparkle since they opened the new bridge as everything and everybody crossed over by long tail boat or on the truck ferrys,sad to see them idly moored up and rusting.Not expensive,staff speak enough English to get by,it's pretty good.
