We stayed 3 nights here and loved it. Got a nice bug room with a big soft bed and bathroom had both shower an tub. Had a nice little balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool area. The location is good, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also at close proximity to 7/11 and family mart. We didn't have breakfast included but there's an excellent little cafe close by were you can get a really nice breakfast. Cleanliness was very good and so is the pool. If you are either coming or going with the pattaya to hua hin ferry as we did it's perfectly located close to the terminal.
