Pullman Bangkok Hotel G

Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to Khun Rainy and the staff at the Executive lounge. From the moment we checked in, we received a warm welcome from the team. We stayed in the Deluxe G room and the G Suite during our stay and it goes without saying that the G Suite is much better in terms of space and comfort. There were some minor issues that we highlighted to Khun Rainy and she rectified most of the issues the next morning. Very professional and excellent customer service from Khun Rainy and her team. The breakfast at the executive lounge was delicious with mini buffet and ala carte orders. The cocktail hour was great with variety of cocktails and beverages to choose from. The G Suite Room in particular was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is showing its age but it is undergoing renovations which will make future stays even more pleasant. The view from the executive lounge and Scarlett restaurant was very nice and relaxing. There is a 7-11 across the road near Furama hotel about 4 min walk and its walkable distance to Chong Nongsi BTS station that connects to Siam station interchange. We also avoided the traffic jams in Sukhumvit area and there highway is near the hotel which makes traveling to airport and other areas much faster. Overall, while there were some inconveniences and miscommunication that can be improved, we really enjoyed our stay there. We will come back to this hotel when we come back to Bangkok in future.
