Kingston Suites

I booked directly with the hotel with a special offer on Facebook with a free room upgrade and breakfast. ( Lower price than Agoda) I arrived earlier than my requested check-in time and the maid service was still preparing my room. I was offered another free upgrade to an even larger room in another building, but with a longer walk to the street. I considered but declined the offer, prefering to keep my original room as it was on the second floor and a short walk from the elevator and to the street. The assistent manger, who spoke excellent English, joined me as I sat in the lobby explaining to me the dining room hours for breakfast, the free shuttle to BTS and other amenities. Within 30 minutes, my room was ready and the desk staff quickly had me checked in. Upon entering my room, I found it as pictured on the hotel website. The room was well lit, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, the AC was super cold and there was no disturbing ambient noise from the street or other guests. Wi-fi was excellent as the router was hardwired in the room. I stayed 3 nights, had no complaints and will definitely stay again. I am an expat from the USA, married with a Thai wife and living in Thailand for 11+ years. I travel from Surin Province 4-6 times a year for doctor appointments and have stayed in numerous Bangkok hotels and "Kingston Suites" is one of the best.
