17 reviewsI stayed 2 nights in March in this spotlessly clean hotel in a quiet area of Bangkok. The reason to stay here is to attend a pre-booked dinner in a nearby restaurant. When I was looking for accommodation close to the restaurant, I discovered this little gem. From the time I stepped inside, I was highly impressed about the place. They keep the premises spotlessly clean. All the staff members were extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast (included) was great. The layout of the hotel was more like a home than a business establishment, and the friendly staff maintain that homely environment. I actually felt home at the August Residence. My room was equipped with all the essential amenities and plenty of storage space. They were so practical to make a mobile charging device available in the room. The guest could plug it into any of the wall sockets and use their devices while they are on the charger. These small things matter a lot because you don't see this feature in some of the five star hotels even. I highly recommend the August Residence for a homely stay in Bangkok which comes with typical Thai hospitality.
