My recent trip to Krabi turned out be a very tranquil and relaxed experience, thanks mostly to the peaceful accommodation. True, Krabi Fineday Resort may not be located within walking distance to the beach, stores or restaurants (actually, there's a nice French/Thai restaurant right across the street, but there's not a cluster of eating places nearby), BUT the resort does offer a fantastic shuttle service to and from the beach free of charge. Only a 5-minute ride to the nearest beaches! I must highlight how peaceful this quaint little resort was as it only has 9 cottages --each of which is quite roomy. However, the size of the swimming pool is quite small and might not be liked by serious swimmers :[ The surrounding is great -- I saw green everywhere! One thing I found out on the fifth day of my one-week stay was that they offered massage services at a reasonable price! You can ask the front desk for a massage therapist and the staff will arrange for one to come to your room. Very convenient. The staff was very nice and always ready to help you all the time in booking the day trips and others. Prompt house keeping, too! Also, this resort offered excellent WiFi service, which is always a plus! Fineday offered great value for money and I enjoyed my stay every much. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
