ตามขั้นตอนการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองใหม่ มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2025 ชาวต่างชาติทุกคนที่เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยทางอากาศ ทางบก หรือทางทะเล จะต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์ของ Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) บนเว็บไซต์ทางการของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศไทย 3 วันก่อนเดินทางมาถึง

A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the front desk upon arrival to locate the booking.

If the booking includes more than one bed type, the preferred option — Double or Twin — should be stated at the front desk. The final arrangement depends on availability.

Special requests are not guaranteed. They can be confirmed at the front desk upon arrival.

Check-in must be completed before the latest check-in time listed on the booking page. If no specific check-in time is provided, check-in should be completed before 09:00 PM on the first night. If arrival on the first night is not possible or a late check-in is planned, the hotel must be contacted in advance. Otherwise, the booking may be cancelled without refund.

The hotel may charge an additional breakfast fee for children, even when breakfast is included in the room rate. The actual policy depends on hotel regulations.

Transfer to the property is carried out by boat and must be arranged in advance using the contact information in the booking confirmation.

Ferry schedule:

From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (Rasada Pier): 08:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 01:30 PM, 03:00 PM.

From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 09:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 01:30 PM, 03:00 PM.

Arrival at the pier is required at least 1 hour before departure. The schedule may change due to weather conditions.

Travellers arriving at Phuket or Krabi airports after 12:00 PM must stay on the mainland and take the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
