Please inform Phi Phi Coralbay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A prepayment deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation with 24 hours of making the booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions. ===== Please be informed that Phi Phi Coralbay offers a complimentary one-way long-tail boat ride from Ton Sai Pier to the property. The boat shuttle is available for 2 rounds per day: 11:40 and 16:30 hrs. (subject to change depending on the weather condition). Please note that this offer is not applicable for stays during July until October of each year. Guests who would like to arrive at the property before the mentioned hours can contact the property staff at the pier directly to arrange the transfer. A return shuttle (from property to Ton Sai Pier) is also available for an additional charge. It is available everyday at 09:30 hrs.
