Currently, the Soft All-Inclusive is the most comprehensive package available for guests. It includes only non-alcoholic beverages.

Meals may be limited during Ramadan.

Couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.

The comprehensive Ramadan operational update, applicable throughout the holy month of Ramadan:

Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park operating hours: 12:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

The Water Park will be closed on Mondays. On these days, alternative attractions (Go-Kart, Laser Tag, and Canyoning) will be provided for free to replace the Water Park.

Kiosks inside the Water Park are available, offering food and water at an additional charge and not included in any meal plan.

Closed/limited operations

The League, Miss Wong restaurants are closed.

Dante – Open for lunch; closed for dinner (subject to operational needs)

Nesma – Closed during the daytime; operational at night after prayer time

Operational Outlets

Souk – Breakfast & Iftar (dinner)

Levantine – Iftar (dinner) & Sahoor

Dante – Lunch operational (guests using the North Pool may dine at Dante)

Telal – operational.

For fasting guests:

Iftar can be replaced with dinner.

Sahoor can be replaced with breakfast.

Pools, Beach & Public Areas

North Pool – operational for pool only (heated).

South Beach – operational beach area during Ramadan.

No food or beverages are permitted in public areas. Pool and beach restaurants are closed during Ramadan. Alcohol will be available only through In-Room Dining during Ramadan.

Entertainment & Activities

No entertainment will be available during Ramadan, including pool and beach activities or similar activities.

Levantine may offer limited Ramadan-themed entertainment on selected days.

The operating schedule and key updates for Q1 2026 at Desert Falls Water and Adventure Park:

The water park will be open seven days a week during February 2026, with no closure days in February.

March 2026 – Ramadan & Eid Schedule

From 1st March onwards during Ramadan, the park will be closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, and open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday until the Eid break. Following the Eid holidays, Sea Caves Water Park will resume normal daily operations.

1st – 3rd March: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: Closed

4th – 7th March: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Open 12:00 PM – 05:00 PM

8th – 10th March: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: Closed

11th – 14th March: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Open 12:00 PM – 05:00 PM

15th – 17th March: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: Closed

18th – 28th March: Open 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

In-House Guest Benefits (Water Park closed days only):

On days when the Sea Caves Water Park is closed, all in-house guests will receive daily complimentary access to selected attractions at Desert Falls Adventure Park, as outlined below:

Laser Tag: Unlimited access (subject to availability)
