There is no reception desk in the residence. In order to obtain apartment keys, guests are kindly requested to contact the guest service prior to the arrival date. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Late arrival is possible at an extra cost.

A damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment/studio/chalet during your stay.
