well I have been waiting to write this comment its a pleasure indeed as its has always been. 
despite of the number of people but still the team manage to take care of service. Thank you  manager and the whole team as i was punting a lot of pressure on them but they took care of me too. 
Well 400 conference for three days with no complain i salute you Verde, thank you and looking forward  to see you soon. 

Hotel Verde is nice hotel and big hotel.it have nice swim,food have good test and nice view drink .and they good staf like mr nassir he very nice staf he know to care and he give us nice service in hotel.and verde hotel they have big and nice meeting room wedding i never seen any wear in zanzibar.and is not expensive like we know is just normolly 

Hotel verde is nice hotel in zqnzibar they have nice staff especl mr nassir .he is very nice much staf today we are enjoy much more like we thing.hotel vedre have nice food and nice view icant see any place in znz it have big holl for meting ,wedding 

Hotel Verde is the place to stay when visiting Zanzibar! Less than 10 minutes from Stone Island, it is also in the perfect location. The views from the hotel are beautiful. From the moment you arrive the staff are so welcoming and friendly, especially Alex Mungai. The rooms and service are a very high standard. The buffet breakfast and lunch was amazing and the dinner menu was great. There was a spacious gym overlooking the hotel, with all the equipment you need as well as a spa which offers many services. There are taxis for the hotel which you can organise to help you travel around the city too see. There are guides within the hotel, Sherry was very helpful, who help you organise activities outside of the hotel. For example visiting Nakupenda Sand Bank, Prison Island & Spice Farm. It is the perfect place to go with family, couples, friends, on business & even solo! The hotel is for everyone and meets all your needs. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here and I can’t wait for the next time I stay, hopefully this year again, there is so much to say about it, words are not enough make sure you stay here when travelling to Zanzibar!

From the moment we walked in to this amazing resort until the end, it has been awesome with Khamis yusuf available to hand for everything. He ensured our stay was perfect! highly recommend this resort, great location too!

I had an absolutely amazing experience, very warm reception, spacious room with great sea view, and great meals.  Their customer service and support was commendable and to note, the IT engineer, Alex, he was very kind and helpful. Special shout out to you. Will definitely consider a revisit to this place.

A great place to be, everyone is respectful and friendly ,I had best meals ever ,chefs just knew how to do it the right way. Iam planning to visit again in the year 2023 ,happy new year everyone who attended the new year celebration. Stars band we are great.

I stayed at Hotel Verde Zanzibar over the Christmas period. The hotel is located not too fat from airport and well located to do your excursions from. The rooms and grounds are amazing. The staff very interactive and eager to please. The food was good and we loved the BBQ menu. We participated in the karaoke and  there were also a band, dancers, fire throwers and acrobats during our stay. Unfortunately the waterpark was only open two days during our stay. Special mention to Andrew, Rashid, Hidaya, Hidja and Issa. Thank you and hopefully we will return at some stage. 

We had booked a stay at Hotel Verde for January 2022 but had to change the dates with the outbreak of the omicron variant of covid. We had been looking forward to our stay for almost a year and we were so pleased we did not cancel. Samantha in reservations had kept us informed and arranged a hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. My wife is in a wheelchair and the shuttle driver was very helpful in getting her into the shuttle. We had reserved an accessible room and it was superb. The room was on the ground floor with a garden view, was spacious, the bathroom functional, it had everything a wheelchair user could hope for, double washbasins, separate toilet with all the supports and a large easy access shower.

The hotel and its gardens were well adapted to wheelchairs, smooth pathways and ramps, we has access eveywhere. In the reception/restaurant building there was lift access to the second floor. 
The gardens were well tended and the swimming pool large, perfectly clean and beautifully landscaped. There was always a pool attendant on duty and they willingly helped to get my wife in and out of the pool.

The dining room and terraces were also spacious and we were given unending help. We were on halfboard,there was a good choice of food,something for every taste. There was always a waiter or waitress helping us at the buffet. The cooks at the breakfast buffet were very helpful and the servers at the omlette, pancake and fresh fruit station all deserve compliments for their assistance. We particularly enjoyed the tropical fruits.

We used the spa and again we were impressed by the easy access. The spa is beautifully designed and we both enjoyed massages, here I remember Unnu was very good.

We did excursions to Prison Island and Stonetown arranged by Sharifa at the front desk. We were worried for Prison Island about getting there with a wheelchair but the guide Mudrik was brilliant. We could not have managed in Stonetown without a guide as the narrow lanes were difficult and rather bumpy.
To sum up we had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Verde for anyone with mobility issues.
All the staff were attentive, many names are difficut to remember but we would like to mention Khamiss, Amrin, Abbas, Rashid, Mussa and Sylvester.

We like your hospitality, your service and all life over here.. Thank you so much, we enjoyed a food , venue with all necesities, yacht driving, games. On the same note also we enjoyed a rooms with a good condition and clean enough

Pleasant experience.One of the best hotels in Zanzibar.  The ambiance is great , amenities amazing .The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and have a balcony with lovely view .  The staff is very kind and respectful.  The service is great. The gardens are beautiful and close to the sea.  The hotel is very quiet, suitable for rest and relaxation.  There also health spa and GYM. We spent two days there and it was a great experience.  I would definitely recommend staying there.

The hotel’s an environmentally sustainable

Loved the grounds and surroundings, with lots of greenery and space. The architecture and interior design is pleasing and tasteful : I speaciall like the traditional feel. The staff is lovely and attentionate. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished with local and traditional touches on the design. The room balcony is great and has a lovely view. I just think that the quality of the breakfast buffet could be worked on.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days of very good experience i ever had before!The hotel location is beautiful ,the views are extremely fantastic,the service in the Hotel are excellent from front office ,rooms to the main food service (restaurant) was very very good.

we mate few staffs tom recognize their names,Munira from the reception she was far far above the our expectation,Zubeir from banqueting,chef Frank,leticia,Musa,silivester and other more...

My wife and my three daughters they really love this place and we will definitely come back again to this beautiful place .

Beautiful and Amazing stay

We stayed for 4 nights at the property and it was one of the best vacations I had. Truly an amazing experience in the lap of luxury and beauty. The staff is very friendly, helpful and absolutely trained to serve the guests with the best. The hotel also has it’s docking area along with boats and dream yacht for rent and good guides who can take  you to Prison island and Sand bank for wonderful experiences.
Definitely recommend this hotel to stay
