66 reviewsAfter spending two nights at a place that was not what we expected, we emailed six other hotels looking for immediate accommodation. Dennis from Ocean Blue was the first to get back to us, answering all our questions. Within the hour he came to pick us up and show us around Ocean Blue. We were greeted with delicious hibiscus juice, two pools, and a gorgeous ocean view! Then we saw the room. Bright, big, airy, and clean. I almost started crying with joy. Oh and the giant ocean-view balcony! I happened to mention that it was my birthday and that this was the best gift I could imagine. Later that evening, a surprise knock on the door. Several staff members were there with a homemade birthday cake, complete with a candle, singing and bubbly! Can you believe it? Oh, I forgot to mention that when we checked in, there was a little birthday message on the bed spelled out in palm leaves and hibiscus flowers! All of this blew me away. The next day, Dennis popped by our room to check if everything was to our liking. Talk about personalized service! The hotel only has about 10 rooms, so it’s a beautiful size and right on the beach. We hired the driver connected with the hotel who was also amazing and got some local deals on activities when we explained where we were staying. All in all, a 5/5 kinda place. If 6/5 was possible, I’d give them this rating. Seriously wonderful experience all around. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Blue!!! Meredith & Andrée-Anne
