Very successful stay in a place with a very large (and used!) potential. Great room, clean and spacious. Clean and sufficiently large swimming pool, with ~10 sunbeds, right next door. The residential part is separated from the public part with a restaurant with very tasty dishes and nice service. Prices in the restaurant, compared to other places, more than acceptable. Modest, but in my opinion sufficient breakfast included in the room price. The facility is located on a fairly busy street, but in my opinion you'll absolutely don't feel it. The beach in Nungwi is 8-10 minutes walk. I absolutely recommend :)
