The hotel is a little bit out of the city but in nice area near the rocks. The hotel has a big area with bar, restaurant and swimming pool outside. In the restaurant we had buffet dinner because we were big group, the food was tasty and varaible. The rooms are big and comfotable but the best years past long time agou. The hotel has a perfect italian manager Paulo. He is very helpful, kind and proffesional.

Our family went to Dodoma to spend the Eid holidays with my daughter who was studying there. The hotel is out of town and the road to it was confusing, we reached the hotel after asking the helpful locals. Then staff were friendly and helpful and got us settled down in no time. 

We had booked 2 rooms - The first room that we were given did not have hot water so we were shifted to another room? However, they were clean spacious rooms. Overall the hotel was clean and service was good.

We only had our breakfast at the hotel which was continental buffet and was good for the price. All other meals we had at other eateries in Dodoma.

The hotel has a nice pool which the family enjoyed and a nice view from the hotel too. Ion one evening the hotel was the venue for a wedding reception so there was a lot of people, noise and loud music. Otherwise the hotel was quite with a very relaxed atmosphere. We found that the windows to the room did not have locks, so we did not leave any valuables in the room and carried them around with us.

Eid Visit to Dodoma

I stayed at this establishment for 4 nights as part of an international group. The rooms are an OK size, but thats where it ends. Toilets dont always flush, hot water runs our, some times no water early in the morning. Breakfast is very average,,,,,,,, Loud noise over weekends when the locals have their wedding functions till early hours.

A bed in the Jungle

Had a week long conference and needed a place that could support the activities. The open spaces was made available for Tents and booths and some facilities for the guests and conferences. We managed to get all this done and was grateful.

The hilly view behind the hotel

Came here for my wedding from the UK as my family are from Dodoma.
Service was abominable. Zero assistance with luggage to rooms (up several flights of stairs), ‘food’ consisted of cold spaghetti and cabbage with no water, wet towels on beds, some rooms without shower heads in the shower, mould, unwashed sheets etc etc. Response by the staff was apathetic at best and thats being kind. Manager refused to speak to anybody, other members of staff; robotic. Computer didn’t even say no, it said nothing at all, which was even worse. Apart from when we refused to pay for certain things, which was then responded to with subtle threats.
I will say the view was good but this is hardly enough a reason to give these crooks your money. AVOID at all costs. I’ve stayed in many ‘budget; hotels around the world (including developing countries) plus I am Tanzanian myself (so I understand local service standards well) and this was by far my worst experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The room (except that the air conditioner was not working) and food are fine, but the Night Club next door makes it impossible to sleep.  The walls were rattling, I will choose a different place next time for sure!
