Mixed views about this facility.The check-in procedure was too slow. I felt like they are under staffed. After check-in they drop your luggage in your room which did not happen. After waiting for about 20 minutes I had to get back to front desk to check on my luggage and there it was. The room was very spacious but stuffy which was not very interesting. Breakfast was good. Had a good spread and good portions. The hotel is well laid out but in dire need of improvement

Beautiful hotel but run down

I am happy I visited the Naura Springs Hotel contrary to all logic. I made a call and was adviced to go to another hotel but we decided to visit the property and decide on ground. Am glad we did. We are a group of 63 friends from China and had the most lovely stay and safaris all coordinated by the staff and management of Naula. The meals were scrumptious, the scenery magnificent, the staff so proffessional and attentive to details, my sincere Gratitude to the current consultant/ manageress Jois Barrett and MD Rand Mrema who kept a close eye on the satisfaction and comfort of the Guests. I take this platform to enlighten travellers that this hotel has undergone a facelift and the rooms, breakfast, meals, every thing you name it is perfect. The front office manager organised acrobats on the second day to entertain us at the leception, welcome juice and hot towels... Thank you so much for everything. It's been 2 weeks since we returned but the group is still talking of the beautiful experience we had. Ashante xana alusha, Tansania

Beautiful and memorable stay

This hotel is enjoyable as it has very large rooms with proper maintenance regarding the cleanliness. Hot water is available at certain hours. Breakfast is a bit basic but you can request what you like as the staff is helpful. Meals are available on request and can be served in your room with no extra charge. It is not a palace but if you cannot afford a five stars hotel it is a proper option.

Average hotel with a good location in Arusha

With all the charming options around Arusha this hotel is not a wise choice for travellers. I was here for work. The wi-fi worked, not amazingly though, could be better. 
The staff, I must admit, was very friendly, that was probably the best part. 
It is a pretty generic cement building, no luxury, no comforts. 


Average hotel, not recommended. 

Naura Springs has large rooms (ask for a room on the end of each hallway, eg. 401 or 201), excellent food and friendly, efficient staff.  The hotel is a little tired in places (carpet, etc).  Great breakfast - worth having the omelettes. The live entertainment at dinner is awesome.  As always, engage staff by name and they will remember you and offer excellent service.  The gym has basic equipment with a couple of good treadmills.  Wifi is a little dodgy at times.

A Great Stay in Arusha

I found the hotel rooms extremely spacious and clean. It was lovely to have a kettle and a selection of teas in the room. 

The hotel is a little dated and things like bathroom taps were very stiff and needing replacement. I was there 2 nights and had a comfortable stay. Avoid eating in the restaurant unless there's no choice. The waiting staff are pleasant and helpful, but the food was very slow to come out of the kitchen and not very good when it did finally arrive. 
The cleaning staff were very helpful and cheerful as we're the reception staff. 

Enormous room, comfy beds

Good and safe parking. We had a superior room wich was great. The room has a jazucci but we didnt use it. The water pressure in the shower is probably one of the best in Africa, loved it. Very friendly staff and theyre service minded. We had a pleasant time and would stay again if we came back ti Arusha.
