We just stayed for one night before our safari started. The hotel itself was fine. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It also has a nice little restaurant.

One thing to be aware of is that the surrounding area is very busy, with a market, bus station, and a mosque very close. So, there was quite a bit of city noise during our stay. 

Good hotel, busy area

Spacious room with double bed, coffee table and two chairs. Basic bathroom with hot shower.
Hotel is opposite bus station so room is very noisy. We ate breakfast on the balcony from where you can observe all the hustle and bustle of the bus station. Breakfast was good and waitress serving breakfast was friendly (unlike receptionist upon arrival). 
Porter helped to organise a taxi to the airport.

Cheap hotel

We've been there twice, the second time to catch the bus to the El Salam bar, the rooms were clean, the fridge was lacking, it was a bit noisy because of the busy area, the central location, the friendly service, the quiet breakfast.

Hotel with a budget

The location of the hotel is central. It is located in front of the bus station. The service is impeccable. The staff is kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room and the whole establishment are very clean. The wifi connection is not good in the room. There is the possibility of connecting to the lobby and the restaurant. In the evening we heard noise coming from the street. Apart from that, I recommend this place for a short stay in Arusha.

Very good place to stay in Arusha

I and my family my girl and infant stayed at hotel aquiline for one night. The service at the reception was amazing by prisca  , she was so welcoming  and helped us with many questions we had to ask.  We.loved you prisca and keep up the good work. The room was well kept with a well prepared breakfast .This will always be my hotel choice always while in arusha.

Aquiline is located right across the street from the Main Bus Stand in Arusha, a bevy of activity for people-watching.
I recommend their restaurant balcony for lazing away on the internet as well as capturing great photographic moments in the cacophony below.

We were looking where is comfortable hotel in Arusha for accommodate ? We found this one is so nice comfortable located in city center were you can enjoy to see the Arusha town , we had an enjoy times , is real comfortable place to access the city for any means even to visit beautiful  national park from day trip and longer days, they can arrange your delicious dinner request, breakfast is included , the hotel has a good view for the sunset , staff are so nice welcoming and respectful , if you coming to Arusha don't feel lost go to this place for comfortability stay .
Enjoy your stay there and feel safe.

"Comfortable rooms and restaurant"

it's located next to a very noisy market so at 6am you wake up to the sound of lorries starting their engines, people screeming, busses arriving every now and then with all the noise they make, etc.
bathrooms are all rotten (sink tap moving around while pouring burning hot water, shower so stuck that there is only a thin strip of water going out), towels so worn that they are grey not white, stains on the bed cloths...

do I need to mention more? 

the staff though is very friendly and helpfull, that is why I'm leaving two dots not one.

very bad hotel

I have been a frequent user of this facility since way back 2006.
But the place is now in very poor state and need a complete rehaul.
I planned to stay for 2 nights but had to shift out after a night only.
The air conditioning in rooms is not working, hot water facility is lacking, towels and soap has to be asked for and not found in room when checked in.
The staff are trying their level best to support guests but unfortunately they cannot do anything if the management does not undertake any maintenance.
Unfortunately the charges are similar to other hotels in the vicinity which have better services. 
Wifi password has to be asked for!!!

POOR

I arrived at Arusha around 7pm wanted to stay at just average hotel near the city center,so Aquiline hotel become my choice the hotels was fine wit a restaurant with a little view of the bus stand.Cant wait to  visit the place
