Do note that this is a service apartment, and not a hotel. I was rather apprehensive about booking this place. But it was truly a gem hidden in the city! I did the booking and paid the full amount using my credit card. I had a late flight arrival and would incur an additional cost as their staff would have to stay after their working hrs. The staff did send me an email to do a self-pickup instead. I did so and it was rather convenient (to pick up the key from the security and make my way to the apartment myself). The apartment was in a residential building, IMO, I almost felt that I'm a local there. haha. It was rather safe as there's a transponder that activated the sensor in the lift. I stayed apartment A and it had a really good location, near Zhong Xiao Fu Xing MRT station. Probably a 5mins walk away. There's a 24hr laundromat on the first floor. There's no daily house-keeping (but it's totally fine with me). Pros: - Great location (5 mins to Zhong Xiao Fu Xing MRT --> hippie place with lots of cafes and shops) - 24hr laundromat svc - Spacious for solo/2 pax - High floor (Lovely view and I could see Taipei 101 from my room) Cons: - no daily house keeping (Probably will be considered a con to some) - no reception area at the apartment (they are just a building and a call away)
