Room feels a little cramp as they use two single beds to be combined as a double bed. Bed is definitely huge. Was able to see Taipei 101 via the bathroom window. Bathtub was available in my room, a little small for tall person but it is wonderful that they have a bathtub and a shower area separately. Zhongxiao Dunhua train station just right outside. Shopping available all around the hotel area. Starbucks just right downstairs and family mart just outside the rear entrance. Groundfloor is packed during clubbing nights. Staff is very welcoming. Explains the check in process in detail. As they are located on level 12 and 14 (frontdesk at level 12), the staff will explain to you on the facilities available and show you to the room personally (was given a room on level 14). Only downside is, if you need anything from them at night, they only have 1 staff on duty. So if you stay on the 14 floor, you are required to head down to level 12. Snacks and drinks complimentary 24/7.
