Just Sleep Hotel Linsen (Quarantine Hotel)

I have stayed at a lot of hotels but this is the first time I have felt moved enough by an experience to post a review. I stayed at Just Sleep Linsen for my 14 day quarantine after arriving in Taiwan, not knowing quite what to expect from the whole quarantine experience. Upon arrival I was impressed by the efficiency of the check-in process getting me settled immediately into my room after being tired from a long flight. The room was very thoughtfully stocked with little extras you might have forgotten to bring; items like dish soap and cleaning solutions, all designed to ensure a comfortable two week stay. I booked the larger deluxe room (recommended) to have a little more leg room during quarantine. I had read that the rooms here were on the small side, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it extremely well designed to avoid claustrophobia, brightly lit when you open the curtains during the day, plus very functional for everything I needed to be comfortable. The best part of my stay was unquestionably the staff, who were not only friendly, helpful, and courteous, but also super prompt to respond to any questions and requests, which was key to avoid feeling isolated and stuck when in the quarantine situation. All in all I could not have asked for a better experience and would definitely choose to stay at Just Sleep Linsen again—it’s definitely a 5 star experience in my book.
