作為一間防疫旅館 旅客困在房間非常需要網路 wifi品質如此應該乾脆不要當防疫旅館吧
冷氣溫度無法調整 太冷睡不好 跟櫃台要毛毯 櫃檯人員在電話裡嘆氣 說今天不能給我
一間飯店一條毛毯也給不出來
以上問題向員工反應 員工都無法幫助我解決

Price doesn’t match to its quality. The hotel is way too out dated, carpet is broken, wall is dirty, bathroom is old, and the air conditioning can’t be adjusted. Overall a rip-off experience and will never come back.

Unbelievable

Booked this room at the very last min, no breakfast it's fine. Location is good, within walking distance towards Ximending and Taipei Main Station, but beside the location, that's it. I guess we can have another hotel with better amenities for the same price. This hotel does not provide safe, and the amenities are just basic toothbrush and shower cap. The bathroom is quite new, but the wallpaper in the room showed that the room was done in a "couldn't care less" manner. I will not stay here again coz there's so many other choices in Taipei to choose, n this hotel does not give me any reason to rebook.

Basic Room, Good Location, Basic Staff

Hotel lobby was very shabby, and check-in was relatively smooth. When I got to my room, I was disgusted. The room smelled like a toilet and there wasn't much sunlight into the room, so it was very weirdly lit. I am concerned about the cleanliness of this hotel.

Located near Ximending. This is small hotel but inside the bedroom is big. The twin bed are big size bed (5.5 feets). The bathroom has no bathtub. Breakfast is located at 13rd floor. You should take the lift to 12nd floor and then walk upstair but the restaurant is very small. The lobby also small too. 7-11 is located around 300 m. from the hotel.

The hotel is really 2 star and is situated near the end of a busy intersection.  It is near the end of a busy intersection. 

There are some restaurants near it and many department stores within walking distance

It had basic amenities,  and no evening restaurant. For breakfast, due to the smallness of the place,  there are time slots.

Food choices are generally for locals.

Just a place to stay

I have a very unpleasant stay and bad experience stay in this hotel. And i had encounter a dishonest treatment and unfairness. I choose this hotel because my sister and friends check in as a big group of 15 ppls. I also follow my sister choice, however, i book separately thru Agoda. Both of us is paying the same rate. However, the room assigned to me is so so so terrible. 11 floor , old room with dusty map, half painted door, terrible toilet. I immediately call to the reception to request to change room because i feel very uncomfortable to sleep in this room with my baby. I was told by the reception that, they only left 1 newly renovated room on the 4th floor. if i want to change room, i need to pay extra NTWD 800. But, this is not my problem , is the room dirty, and horrible. why i need to pay extra charge ?  i will never promote this hotel or come back here again. The housekeeping use a very strong chemical to wash the toilet without flush, when we come back at night, the whole room is chemical smell. I need to request to change room again because i travel with a young baby. I really bad luck of choosing this hotel.

Horrible Experience!!! NEVER COME BACK!

This is one of the cheapest yet very accommodating hotel in Taiwan. The staffs were very hospitable. They will assist you whenever you need them. They will suggest the cheapest transportation to get in the place you want to visit. The room ah freshly look and comfortable. Although its near the road you wont hear any noise coming from vehicles. There's a lot of food stall around the hotel. And the station is just near the hotel. Just walk 15 minutes to get there. The foods are great. I love the dishes and its buffet.

Awesome Trip

For our stay in taipei, we fully stayed here for 3 nights and were satisfied enough. Located just by roadside, but believe me, it's pretty quiet and not noisy at all. Get a very good sleep here. Very close to ximending night market/shopping area, very convenient to walk. Many convenience stores around and also halal restaurants just like 2-3 minutes walk!
Our twin room was really spacious (actually can fit in 4 people as the super single bed can fit 2 person comfortably), good wifi signal, all bathroom got bathtub inside. 
Chinese breakfast is provided, however for us muslims we only can eat the bread and jams. But the hotel staff is very nice to accommodate us to tell which one included pork and all. Love the freshly made soybean milk!
Room turndowns also good, and it's pretty clean.
Above all, might return here if ever come back to taipei!

Room is in irregular shape. The bathroom is out of size large. Air conditioning is not comfortable.
