The hotel was in a perfect location which is very close to the Tainan train station. The hotel also walking distance to a lot famous street food in Tainan. Besides that, the hotel was inside a small alley, so it’s very quiet. The front desk is willing to provide a lot travel info, and very friendly. The room was not big, but perfect for / people to stay. Most important if all , the price is very nice. Good choice when visiting Tainan city.

Nice room with good price , the person who register us is friendly and explain to us how to use the door lock. The room even have a list of night market schedule which you can choose to go ! there’s a lot of name card placed at the 1st floor for people like us to explore around too! 

The hotel is located in a good spot. It is about 5 minutes walk to train station.Cozy and warm room.

This little gem is located a quick walk from the train station and is a great starting point to wander around Tainan. Checking was super friendly. Our booking did not say we had booked a room without a window but they were kind enough to move us into one. Would highly recommend to stay there!

Budget price with nice place. Since the hotel is budget, there is no lift in this guesthouse. Remember that, if bring a huge luggage, you will need to carry up through the stair case. 

Guesthouse was located at a bright sport and it opposite have a "Character" Cafe. 
For very first time travel to Tainan, the staff are very helpful. She did told us some of the Tainan food history and introduce us for the food and places to go with a map. It was very easy understand.

After checking in we only saw a staff member again when we checked out.  The location is great eith an awesome place for breakfast near by (look for the purple sign and walls).  The room itself was sparse, but met our needs as we really just needed a place to sleep.  There is a communial fridge on the first floor.

Location is near night market, price is compare with facility, staff is nice and friendly, but bed is too soft to sleep well

這間民宿的價位區間與服務定得很用心。位於台南市中心，離台南火車站前站約700公尺。設備和裝置很現代化。入口藏於台南巷弄內，建議由公園路走側巷進入。旅館有停車場，位於後門與鄰近寺廟共用。一樓是大廳與公用廚房，屋內有兩道樓梯，所以不大會因人潮塞住。民宿是老房子全新改造，所以沒有電梯。攜帶大量大件行李或依賴殘障輪椅的人可能會遇到點麻煩。全棟均有免費無線網路。因為沒有全時櫃台，入住前請務必先以電話預約抵達時間。

房間偏小，除家具與走動空間以外，沒有太多空間。浴室以淋浴為主，水氣容易影響客房。房間隔音也稍差。

整體來說，是個性價比很高的選項。不建議攜帶大量大件行李與重度輪椅倚賴者入住。
這個價位區間很難有其它有利競爭者。非常建議外縣市來的輕度自助旅行者入住。

This hotel has placed itself in a unique position, alone with it's budget asking price. The hotel is located near the Tainan city center, and it's only 700m walking distance from Tainan Train station's front station.

The hotel's front enterence is hidden within old Tainan's narrow alley, which does give new comers some worring. The provided parking space is at the hotel's back door, co-operated with near by temple. It's advised for the first commer to park the car along side of Gongyuan Rd., then walk through the short alley to find the hotel.

The first floor is gathering hall and public kitchen. Since the hotel does not provide an all time reception, please phone and make sure they know your arrival time. The hotel is retrofit from an old house, with TWO narrow stairs, but no elevator. Because of those, it is advise not to bring a lot of large suitcases, also not a good choice if you are travleing with disable people. Hotel does provide free WiFi connection all day long.

Room size is quite small, there won't be much space after a king-size bed in the middle of the room. Each room has flat TV, air cond. and shower/toliet. If you have trouble sleeping, plz do bring a pair of ear plug; as the rooms are not sound isolated very well.

All considered, this is a lovely choice for budget traveler. It has nice location, helpful staff, free car park and within walking distance from Train station. Cons? No elevator! XD But look at the asking price, you really can't asking much.

Location is really hard to find. The lobby of the hotel is amazing, but room is disappointing. Appreciate the staff who informed us during check in that we need to leave the room by 12pm to facilitate  housekeeping. But guess what? Housekeeping just changed the dust bins and towels. They said they would change the beddings but nope, they did not even bother to fold or place the blankets nicely. The worse part was the smell. I understand that they have newly painted their rooms. But imagine being in a room with fresh paint smell. U have a recipe for headaches :)
