The resort hotel is beautiful and serene. We were so happy to arrive here after the hustle and bustle of city life. There were several large tour groups visiting at the same time, but the resort was very quiet and restful. The beds were super comfortable, A/C nice and cold, and the rooms were brand new. They are in the process of a multi-million dollar renovation, but it already looks great. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The lobby area is large, modern, and excellent for hanging out with our extended group in the evening. We walked out around the gorgeous reservoir and saw campgrounds, playgrounds, and the dam and suspension bridge. We took bicycles and spent time at the water park with the kids. Visited the memorial site of the Japanese engineer who designed the facility. Very interesting place to visit. Highly recommend this resort, we want to come back soon!!
