This is a lovely Jiufen B&B steps away from old street and ah mei teahouse. The room is clean and tastefully decorated.Beds are firm and comfortable. Room comes with aircon and heater. Jiufen old street is easily accessible up a steep flight of stairs and you come up to the middle section of the old street. Amei tea house and the old theatre are 3mins away on another steep flight of stairs downwards. Breakfast was traditional taiwanese porridge with many side dishes. We had it in a bright sunny dining room of the owner. The food was well presented and delicious. It was a very comfortable stay and will highly recommend this place ( only for folks who can manage stairs). Do not bring your big luggages as there were many narrow steep stairs to negotiate. This place is a little hard to find on your own. We called ahead and got the lady owner to meet us in the main road.
