Ocean Melody B&B

We were at Ocean Melody B&B on the 14th and 15th of Dec and I must say all 13 of us enjoyed the stay there. When we arrived, Ms Huang was already there waiting for us. She helped to unload our luggage, and the moment we stepped into the house, it really felt like home to all of us, clean warm and cozy. Once we were settled down, she started to give a detail explanation of all the rooms and facilities there. All the rooms are equally good, clean and comfortable. In my opinion, even better than some of the 5 star hotel room. The only con that I can say about the place is, you have to carry your luggage up 2 to 3 story depending on which floor you stay. Otherwise basically there is nothing to complain about the house. Ms Huang is a friendly lady who is welling to answer all your inquiries. She will also provide you with some of the tourist map and recommend those nice eatery locations to you. She is even kind enough to pass us some of her VIP cards so that we can get bigger discount when we buy stuff from some of the famous shops. She also offer to go buy for us a particular muazhi if we are buying a lot because she can get additional discount from that shop if she goes personally. Breakfast is simple but delicious and nutritious. There is always warm soy bean milk and coffee to go along with the breakfast. The location of the B&B is very near to the sea side and it is really nice to go for a early morning walk at the sea side, refreshing, cooling and windy. Although the night market is within walking distance, but it is still a pretty long walk especially if you are going there after a long day of sight seeing. If you ask me will I go back to stay in Ocean Melody B&B when I am back in Hualien, all the 13 of us will tell you it is a definite YES.
