Love the Countryside B&B

This small hotel is really close to the Hualien train station. It has 3 floors of rooms, and only 3 rooms per floor, so it is a small hotel. The main attraction is that the rooms are huge. Good luck trying to find a room with a king size bed in Asia for a decent price, our room had a king and a queen! There is plenty of space for luggage, a small table with two side chairs, a vanity desk, a dorm sized frig, and a wardrobe closet. There are three bedside nightstands, each with a set of sockets and light switches. The bathroom has a really big walk in shower. For some reason they were not offering breakfast, so they gave us cash back to buy breakfast. We could not understand why there was no breakfast, maybe because it was because it was the low season. The owner (?) could not speak English, but Google translate works wonders. She was very gracious and nice. There is not much to the area near the train station, so we just walked to the train station to grab a taxi to central Hualien for dinner and shopping. The area is very quiet, the rooms are dead silent. There is a elevator. The room only had very thin I think disposable bath towels, but we asked for normal towels, and we got them. Highly recommended for the room (especially for Asia) you get for what little you pay.
