Everything is welcoming at this place- the snack and drink for your arrival, the small but cosy entry hall, the little garden with a deco pool (not to swim) and the garden hut to sit, drink and chat. My room ( we were 6) was a double room on the first floor with comfy spacious bed and a really nice bathroom with shower and tub. Despite being at at a main road, it was extremely quiet. Meticulously clean and even no mosquitoes. The owner (Despite having limited english, went far and beyond to make you really feel welcomed any time- asking when to have breakfast, patient with us as we were to pay cash but hadn’t enough as we missed to read it upfront, driving one of us to the supermarket and finally seriously helping me to plan my return to Taipei. My best stay in Taiwan by far.
