We met Chu off the ferry and she was easy to talk to (English), and in addition to explaining the accomodation was able to organise good scooters plus snorkelling gear before guiding us to the hotel. Very helpful when not a lot of English is spoken well around the marina. The accomodation was rustic but clean and quiet and a perfect base for launching out into the ocean for snorkelling or diving or lapping the island on your scooter. You're just a minute or two and your in the restaurant / marina area or head to the top of the mountain or around the island to see great views, amazing snokelling spots on the reef or stop at hot springs. Chu and Jack were able to show all these on a simple map and provide access to anything we needed. The pool was well out of action but that doesn't matter when you are on an amazing island with plenty of places to access the ocean. Well worth a visit.
