It was well worth the money. 
Great location (maybe 10 mins to station and everything, yet quiet)
Great size room and interior (a little character so you know you are in Switzerland)
Great view (Matterhorn and town right there)

Wants? Key to safe, a less misty shower and higher hung, please, but we were fine as was.

Perfect

We stayed two nights, it was hard to find because it was short streets and two or fewer squares, but the spectacle of the town was worth it. Beautiful cabins, with small cars and eco-friendly and always with a view of the Matterhorn. We stayed in a large and low room, with -14° which you could not notice in the room or in the hall, double glass and heating everywhere. Abundant breakfast and rich staff. The right staff. Hard access with the luggage to the hotel or to the train station but because it is the city, nothing in particular. The price is high but in general everything in Switzerland and much more in a tourist area such as Zermatt is still more expensive.

Everything is perfect!

I am not sure that Terms of Privacy of the TripAdvisor is allowed to review which was a quite long as over a decade  (crossed), I have been to Zermatt for a couple of nights at the time of wow cold ( for Christmas}) in 2004, and had booked Hotel Primavera. The Hotel was really familiar staffs, as well as breakfast, was really good with bread... It was really nice to view of the Matterhorn ( looks like Nepal's Mount Machhapuchhare/Fishtail) from Room where I stayed. The hotel had internet services as well. I was really feeling that I am in Nepal Himalayas. I would like to say again heartily thanks to Hotel Primavera from TA. 
I did not know that a couple of nights already finished then Moved back to  Zurich where one of my friends live there and celebrated new Year of 2005 nearby lake... I can not explain the country,(extremely beautiful) because I do not have words... Thanx to all Swiss from Nepal Himalaya, Namaste!!!

Warm Room and Good Breakfast

Zermatt is beautiful. From this Hotel you can see almost the whole town. The rooms are really big. Although it is  a little old and the elevator looks a little dangerous, jejeje. Wi-fi is only available in the common areas.

The hotel  was a reasonable walking  distance from the train station. The room was smallish but very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.  In very expensive Zermatt, this hotel offers  good value for the price

Cozy room in a good location

We thoughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very comfortable, conveniently located with a nice breakfast. But best of all is the staff. Particularly, Krista who went out of her way to find our missing luggage and have it delivered to  the  hotel. We are  very  grateful to  Krista as our holiday could not have continued without our luggage.

Outstanding personal service 

Spontaneously we stayed another night in Zermatt and moved from the 4-star hotel to this 2-star hotel. We were positively surprised! At the reception we were very friendlyly welcomed by Christa, who runs the hotel in terms of staff. Rooms: We had a room on the second floor with a matterhorn view. Christa gave us a better room than we had originally booked. Overall clean and bright. The bathroom fulfills its purpose, even though it's been in the years. Advantage: laminate floor and no carpet floor. Night: We slept well and quietly. Location: Train station: You have to run about 10  15 minutes. At the end of the year it's on the edge of Zermato. When you get to your feet, it's not a problem. It's always a problem, and everything comes out of the hotel with a nice, clean, fresh atmosphere. Everything is better in the morning. It's always a nice place. It's a nice coffee. It's always a nice place. It's always a nice place to get out of the hotel.

It's good for Zermatt and very friendly.

It's a nice hotel with no extra excursions but a very nice atmosphere, a woman shaking at the reception, things can be left in the lobby on the day of entry/exit, everything stays in place, there are a couple of computers with internet access in the lobby, and also - a wonderful roaring cat:) Before leaving I asked for tea, but there were no francs, only euros, so I made it for free :) let it be so small, but nice! The room is simple, but it's pricey. One of the elevators is 3 minutes' walk away.

A cozy budget hotel not far from the elevators.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in February for skiing. As students we especially enjoyed the value for money. The hotel is cheap for Zermatt and offers everything you need: a very complete breakfast buffet, a location close to the bus stop for skiing (5 minutes on foot), clean and functional rooms and welcoming service.

Very good value for money

This hotel deserves better than its two stars, the hospitality is extremely friendly, the rooms are quite decent, and the situation gives you an exceptional view of the Deer, for anyone who doesn't need a palace!
