We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Italy. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, so we had to go to Stans for dinner (not much to do in Wolfenschiessen on a Tuesday evening). The room was basic but OK and clean and we had a little balcony with a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was simple but tasteful. We only met the guy at reception who gave us our key, explained the front door lock and left. In the morning he was back to get our breakfast ready. He was rather taciturn, so the ambiance was not that great.
