The Hotel made our first visit to crans Montana a truly memorable one, the staff in all departments were great, reception and concierge were very acomedating and helpful and always with a beautiful smile.the rooms were very spacious and ours had a beautiful terrace on the golf course.staff were very nice to our kids and offered to play the movie at the private cinema for them. Food was really nice and tasty. We will defiantly be coming again to this hotel.
