A short trip up the World’s steepest funicular to Stoos, then a short walk to Stoos Hutta. A very warm welcome awaits, beautiful modern decor, with superb views. We highly recommend the Schwyzer Bauernkotelette mit pommes - it was so flavoursome and a very tender cut of meat. We enjoyed local beer (larger) and a small icecream dessert with coffee. A nice touch was the complimentary digestiv. Highly recommended!

Please note that the village is car-free and the property can only be reached by mountain railway (7 minute journey). You can either take the cable car from Morschach or the funicular from Schwyz/Schlattli (tickets are not included in the room rate). The Hotel is located 1000 m walking distance from the both mountain station. Free parking spaces are available at the cable car station in Morschach (parking at the cable car station in Schlattli is available at an additional cost).
