I stayed in this amazing hotel apartment for two weeks and enjoyed their amazing service and hospitality to the most. The room was spacious, super clean and fully equipped. Location wise its a few steps from the tram. It is certainly recommended . I would also like to thank the management Mr. Christian Senn for making our stay memorable

We stayed in the air bnb studio flat for 3 nights. Absolutely perfect. The flat had a lovely terrace... peaceful and quiet.  The building was gorgeous and welll situated close to trams and there was even a coop plus 2 other small shops nearby.  I would thoroughly recommend this. We dealt with Christian who was more than helpful... spoke perfect English and easy to communicate with and understand. We felt very welcome.

I stayed here twice when I was in Zurich. The apartments are super clean, modern, tastefully decorated and spacious. The staff are polite and there is enough privacy for those who dont want to be bothered. They have some very old piano's and interesting pieces of art if you're fond of them. I would recommend Palais Kraft for a pleasant stay.

Very glamorous apartment! We love this kind of atmosphere of past time but very cozy and incredible spacious. Absolutely wonderful experience! Very clean house. Location is very nice, supermarket only 3 minutes away. Well equipped kitchen. You have everything in this apartment. You will feel like you are at home.

outstanding service, great studio, fully equipped kitchen, sports facilities (basketball, squash, fitness) included, shopping facilities for daily living nearby, parking available (extra fee, but worth it)

The location was great, very close to the city centre(museums, department stores, opera house, main station etc) via trams # 4,5,6! Housekeeping service was extremely convenient, the bathroom was clean, the laundry machine and dryer from Miele was easy to use! Would have been perfect if the apartment had a bluetooth speaker as well. Overall we had a very comfortable stay, Would return if we visit Zurich again!

Friendly welcome. Room was nice with well equiped kitchen. Even own washing machine. I stayed a few days and will definetly choose ema house again for a future stay.
Unfortunetly the apartment was not very  clean when I arrived but was immediately made when I complained. The manager even apologized very kindly.

great stay at EMA Kraft Palais, Zurich

Where to start. 
A Grand Illusion in Zurich!  
The area is beautiful.   
Palais Kraft looks grand on Kraftstrasse, especially the photo on their advertisement.  Only the front of the building is painted white and clean. Sadly, the operation for guests is not grand at all, to the contrary it is just terrible.  As soon as we checked in, we realized that it is impossible to feel comfortable when the owner Christophe and manager on duty Alex came to your apartment?  

The manager on duty is a Alex from Thailand, he was very rude to us guests, abrupt, and broke the DND on guest rooms, there is no safety, luxury. 
Alex broke thru into our apartment when we were out without permission.  There is no safety or security from the owner Christoph either.  The management and their employees treat their guests very poorly and watching every move we make. 
 
Checked in with Alex who took full rent in advance.   There were no instructions on how to find our way around the building or other.   
They keep noisy dogs in some apartments which barks all day and night.  No monitoring, all they want is your rent prepaid.    It is not a nice place, nor a relaxing place, because you need to keep up your guard at all times.  And that certainly is not how we wished to live.   The garbage station is very dirty smelly and horrible.  (see photos)

We found it not to be a safe place, certainly "not family oriented" apartment complex, especially on weekends. 
The white paint outside our windows was all black and peeled for ages.  Only the front of building is kept clean.  
Christophe is a cruel owner and so is manager Alex, they can't be trusted or have any security or peace. 
We could never feel safe or ever could make our apartment a home.   
We left due to the bad atmosphere at Palais Kraft.
