We felt we were taken advantage of. We rented and paid for a 3-bdrm apt but the 3rd bdrm was locked. We had to inquire why was it the case. Apparently, a baby cot was added to that bedroom for people who are coming in after us. That is convenient for them but had nothing to do with us. They neither told us upfront nor asked us for permission about it. Regardless how many people are in our party - we rented and paid for a 3 bdrm apt and they do not unilaterally decide that we do not need the one extra bdrm because there are 3 of us. Otherwise, we should be charged a rate for a 2-bdrm apt. Another thing that was annoying was they insisted on the balance be paid in cash even though on the instruction it said credit card is accepted. The apartment is managed by Hotel Edelweiss. The apartment itself is spacious for European standards and it's clean. It's centrally located - the tramway is about a 10 minute walk away and a market is about 3 minute walk away.
