The hotel is right across from the Lausanne train station, so extremely convenient location. Ugur was our front desk clerk and he was excellent! His English was spot on. He was professional, polite, and responsive to any of our questions upon arrival which, was appreciated. We found our rooms to be clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a beautiful breakfast spread as well. The Continental printed complimentary metro tickets which we were able to use easily to tour the cathedral and enjoy the lake and mountain vistas of lovely Lausanne!
