Hotel Jungfrau was the perfect place for our stay in Murren and Interlaken area,  The entire hotel staff was great to work with.  We had dinner at the hotel restaurant several nights and we were very pleased with the food and service!  It was great to open the window and see cows outside in pasture and  hear the cow bells!  So Switzerland!!! Definitely recommend the hotel.

I stayed here as part of a Rick Steves Tour. All I can say is "WOW". The location is awesome. Your room will either have a view of the Alps or the mountains. I could hear cow bells from my room. No need for a/c. Just open your windows. The restaurant was very good. The rooms were very, very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. The location was perfect. You can just walk out your door and hike the alps. It has a pool but I did not check it out.

We decided to get a selection from the menu as a take-away option and everything we selected was fantastic.... Dim sum dumplings, Satay chicken and beef skewers, glass noodles, chicken in coconut sauce, rice noodle soup. Delicious and authentic. We'll definitely order from them again. I highly recommend it.

Murren is a special place. I have been coming for 34 years and it is perfect every time! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the skiing is fantastic and the restaurants are great. Can’t wait to come back.

Actually we are from Malaysia. After a long time been here and missed Malaysian food, Then we try the some food from Malaysia menu (garlic park choi and satay), it feel so great! Feel like we at Malaysia. It original Malaysia😘

Out of all my travels this hotel is at the top of the list. Situated in the beautiful idyllic town of Murren among the Swiss Alps. The hotel has maintained its old world charm. It is simple yet the views are breathtaking from every window... even your restroom window. You can sit on the pot and admired the mountain peaks. The food was nothing memorable but I believe this is typical of the area. Make sure your travels lead you here!

We stayed there 3 nights and we could have stayed a lot longer.  The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking.  Easy walk around town.  Nice restaurants.  Good shops. Not far from the tram.  Great area to hike, or just sit on the benches in town and people watch.  The level of activity is up to each person.

The JUNGFRAU HOTEL in Wilderswil, near Interlaken, is located in a beautiful location in the heart of the Bernese Oberland with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif. The hotel is very close to the train station - excellent to explore the Jungfrau region. It is worth noting that hotel guests pay a visitor’s tax, the revenues of which are used by Interlaken tourism authorities to offer amenities for visitors amongst which is a visitors card for the duration of your stay that entitles you to free travel on trips to numerous destinations and discounts on a multitude of exciting activities throughout the entire region.

My friend and I sat in the balcony from 6 pm enjoying the lovely scenery and the clear view of the Jungfrau massif. After that, we had a lovely dinner in the hotel’s restaurant where the ambiance was great. We were tempted to assemble our own plates from their impressive salad bar but decided against that idea and preferred to enjoy the cheese fondue as an interesting and impressive complete meal. It was served with mini-loafs to make our own chunks of bread, mini potatoes and pickled vegetables.The sumptuous buffet breakfast had an extensive lay-out with delicious whole fresh fruits, freshly cut fruits, packaged-juice, a variety of breads, yogurts, cereals, muesli, cheeses, boiled eggs and cold meat cuts.

I would recommend this hotel for a restful stay. 

I was very happy with this hotel in lovely Murren, just a short walk from the gondola and in the central part of the village.  This hotel has beautiful views and enjoyable breakfasts.  You can't beat the location for hiking and just enjoying being in the Alps. The rooms had a modern bathroom and an elevator to get us to our floor.  We had to most beautiful October weather imaginable.

My Family has been going to Muerren for over 40 years. The Hotel Jungfrau is a nicely located hotel with all you need. Rooms are small, but if you have a balcony and view to the Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau, then it should compensate for the size.
The breakfast buffet is ok, but the quality is not to the standard of a location like Muerren.
Some of the rooms my family members were in, had issues with cleaning. Our room was ok.

Nice hotel near Swiss Ski School and ski lifts

Up on a road above the busiest part of the village.  Therefore, quieter.  A bit of a walk from the train station, but later learned they would pick up our luggage for us.  

Nice views.  Easy walks to cable cars, restaurants etc.  the village is lovely and car free.

Friendly service from all the staff.

Older place... but immaculate with good sized well kept rooms.

Very nice hotel in a wonderful village

We stayed in September 2018, booked 2 rooms. Check in and check out were smooth, we booked through booking.com. This is an old hotel, with old lift that might scared you. Rooms were spacious with comfy bed and bathtub in the bathroom. Cleanliness is average in my opinion, balcony was not as clean as inside room. Nice mountain view from our balcony. Breakfast has enough food selection, they have a corner for the children to play in the restaurants so that guest with children can have their breakfast with their children playing near them. A young man in the restaurant worked very hard to provide everything that guests asked for, great.
