We booked a room last minute so we could have a relaxing day at Thermalbad Brigerbad (nearby baths). We arrived at 10:30 am and asked if it was possible to drop off our bags before heading to Thermalbad. Since this is a small hotel, there are limited check-in hours. The owner sent us detailed instructions for coordinating our arrival. He was very welcoming and provided us with a 10% discount for entrance into Thermalbad. In addition to the friendly service, we were very impressed with the clean, updated, and comfortable room. There was even a wine fridge in our room! We didn't have any meals at the restaurant downstairs given it was the off-season. We were able to eat dinner at a restaurant (there weren't any other close options) that was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. As for the thermal baths, they are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel (highly recommended). If you are looking for comfortable accommodation in a small Swiss town near the thermal baths and Rhone, I highly recommend staying here.
