Please inform Junior Suite Apartment by Livingdowntown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception. Please contact the property at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift. Please inform the property if you arrive by car (parking spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed). The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours. Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the property. For longer stays, basic weekly cleaning will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be booked on site at a surcharge.
