We have been coming to Bettmeralp for such a long time and haven't been to the restaurant of Hotel Aletsch in forever. The dinner we had turned into a great experience. Our waitress, a super attentive and friendly Dutch Lady, who added a lot to it. We ordered their signature Cordon Bleu which came with a green or mixed side salad in the beginning. Additionally, we had a small Beef Tartare to share which was exactly to our liking. The unique Cordon Bleu, as well as the Classic ones came with a huge portion of fries which luckily my brother finished for all of us. We also really enjoyed the selection of local wines that they offered. Again, the service as well as the host were extremely friendly and came to ask if everything was to our liking. We can definitely recommend it and we will be back!
