Great room with wonderful view and nice main part of the hotel. Nevertheless the old art of the hotels needs a to be modernized, specially were you get the breakfast. The breakfast itself was ok, but not more than that.The service at the reception was not what you would expect. For the check-out we waited 30 min until somebody came

This hotel is beautiful in the centre of Visby, a great location initially. We, a couple, went to Gotland mainly to walk/bike around and take long daytrips. Little did we know that Visby is a tiny party central in july - which is not the hotel’s fault - but one of the club scenes was like two meters from the hotel. The loud music and heavy bass pounded EVERY DAY the week we were there until 3-4am. We seriously did not sleep during our four nights in Visby (which all in all is the main reason for the hotel room..) and it did not help that you can’t control the temperature in the room. It was SO warm, and obviously an open window was not possible with all that noise. We also got the ground floor, with drunk people passing our window all night.. the hotel gave us a fan on our last day, after having complained three times.

Nice room, but you might not sleep..

Really nice property just wish reception had better hours. Great location but it was hard to get sleep because the club across the street is open all night into the early morning and you could hear everyone and the music.

The location was great, but there were some issues that need attention.Positives:Convenient and central location, close to attractions and restaurangerPolite and helpful staff.Areas for Improvement:They misspelled my name on all documents, which felt unprofessional. Instead of using my last name, they used my middle name and first name, which felt quite unprofessional and weirdNo bathroom shelf for toiletries, making it inconvenient.Doors don't lock automatically, causing security concerns. On my first day, I accidentally left my iPad and AirPods on the nightstand with the door unlocked, raising safety issues.Lacking basic amenities like bathrobes and shower caps for a 4-star hotel.Breakfast buffet was average, could use more variety and freshness.Overall, it's an okay option, but improvements are needed to match its 4-star rating.
