Very nice and perfect for my needs. The only nitpick is that the walls, despite appearing thick, let in a lot of noice and th family in a room above me yelled all through the night which was a bit annoying. Not the fault of the service, though, if people can't behave.

I don't write reviews often, but just had to for Hotel Repet. Our apartment was so charming and had every ammenity you could ask for. Top quality interior from decorations to bedding to kitchen resources. High quality coffee machine as a bonus. AND the apartment was quiet and cool (on our hot August trip).  It is perfectly centered in Visby.  I highly recommend Hotel Repet.

please fix your shower floor design. and also the air conditioning. shame that these two makes what would have been a good experience very bad. its not fun to have water floating in the shower. its also not fun to sweat all night and not being able to sleep.

this place has potential BUT!!!

Really nice small apartments or "studios". High standard of materials and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.A small minus on the details. Old and trashy towels and lack of dish brush even though they request that the guest do the dishes.

Great location with access to terrific restaurants and interesting sites. Charming little funky place.

I do agree with one of the previous posters, when I booked on booking.com I thought this was a hotel....like all other hotels I've ever been at but it's not. This is a 'self-service' "hotel"....almost like an AirBnB I guess. 

You check yourself in with a door code, and a code for the lock box - there is no front desk, just a cleaning person making up the rooms...but you could use a special code for the luggage storage room if you arrived early and store your luggage. That was great for us as we arrived at 11:30am. When we returned at later that afternoon, We were fortunate the cleaner happened to be still there making up rooms because our code didn't open our rooms key box. She was able to access for us which saved us having to e-mail/ call the hotel line....which would have been a pain since in Sweden we did not have a phone data plan.

But on the upside the room was very comfortable and pretty well kept, I loved the air conditioning and the full kitchen - great for making a quick bite. The location is in the old town of Visby - very close to the gate leading to a few shops, I didn't find any street noise whatsoever but some rooms I suppose may. It was a bit odd too having to take out the garbage and wash up and put away your dishes...but I understand it keeps the costs down. 

It's worth staying here if you'd like to prepare a few of your own meals as the kitchenette is well stocked, but if you're used to asking the front desk for restaurant recommendations, directions or anything at all for that matter....well you may want to go elsewhere.

Not a "hotel" per se, but pretty good anyway

AC in the room worked porly so it was a bit too warm in the room than what we would have preferred. A handyman was painting the windows on the outside of our bathroom one day with full view inside since it lacked curtains or blinds. The place had lots of stairs and narrow corridors and is not very accessible.

Centrally located for easy access to Visby. Good size room with fridge, coffee maker, microwave,  toaster,  perfect for families.  No personel on site was a bit weird but when a key was missing they appeared in 5 mins. Room 1 was nice. Booking split to use hotels.com free night, which was the superb room 7 with access to balcony. Children loved the rooms so it was hard to get them to leave sometimes! Lovely stay. Thank you.
