We (2 adults, 2 children and a dog)  have just finishen a very Nice stay at Daftö Resort. We have enjoyed the pool, the minigolf, and the walks in the surrounding. Friendly staff and reasonable prices - in general the facilities are high standard - kitchen,  bath, toilets etc.

Nice family stay at Daftö Resort

We were at the Pirate Hotel, it was a modern, clean hotel room, the water from the shower smelled strange, the mini golf course was great, unfortunately everything is only in Swedish, including the map of the resort, menu, instructions... English info you have to get everything yourself, that's why we didn't feel so comfortable and welcome.

It's not inviting.

Third year in a row we come here and can’t be disappointed. Despite COVID I feel that däftö resort has accommodated everything in a good way to make sure people has a nice relaxing vacation. The time system at the pool, having lots of disinfectant available in the common areas (thank you so much for not restraining them!!) and once again... the pirates!!! They make this place what it is! The heart they put on their work and interaction with the kids is what keep us coming back. It’s amazing. Thank you again for everything! 

Worth every penny 

This is by far the best place we have visited with our campervan. The staff are very friendly, The facilities are extremely clean and spacious. We were a couple that had planned to stay for several days. Thanks to the wrong weather forecast, we only stayed for one night. This place is ideal for families with small children. Lots for them to do.
The site also has a mini supermarket and a pub restaurant with reasonable priced meals. We are going back in September. If I was to say anything negative about this place, It would be the WIFI was no good at all.

Five star camping

It's an amazing get away for a family in Scandinavia...strongly recommended,there is something for all age groups, great scenery, well planned park ,swimming pool,and other activities .Thanks a lot.😃

Worth a visit

The perfect place for campers with kids. Clean facilities, good parking places for you RV or caravan, good food in the restaurant and the pizza place. Kids will love the pool area and the “Daftoland”. Book yourself a long weekend here and you’ll not regret it.

Perfect

A beautiful, clean, spacious, pirate-themed campsite with all the amenities you're looking for. We stayed here for 3 nights including the Midsommar Fest that we were able to enjoy for the first time.

It's beautiful, it's clean, it's great

Had an overnite stay because we drove from göteborg and want to spend a night in strömstad. Place was big, full of cabins, camping sites. Winter month may not be the ideal time to visit the place since it looks like a ghost town. We had the house good for 8 people, its was big for us since we are family of 4 (1&7 kids age). The room was however not so good since the warmer on the floor wasnt working so it was ice cold! Bathroom was ok, normal. Attic has 4 single beds which we didnt use. Nice veranda with a view on daytime. I think in summer time its a great place to stay esp for kids. Breakfast is included which had a good selection. 

Overnight stay

We were here in the off-season (early September) with the two of us in the RV. There were still plenty of vacant places, but you can guess what's going on here in the summer... From the equipment, this was the best place we've ever been. Everything was very clean, fresh and wastewater, lots of showers and toilets. The mini-golf facility is well done, the power is really fun! There are well-lit, smaller hiking trails around the square. We didn't use the pool and restaurant. The rest is okay, because you don't have to drive a bus but you have to take the camper for trips. This was a little annoying. The staff was very friendly, the price was reasonable.

Very good campsite

...we're here with our RV in a very decent place, the laundry rooms and the kitchen are very clean, and the place is quiet, and the great location crowns this, and in the high season we wouldn't stop here because of the many snacks and the decent price.
