If you want to say it just in a word, it's "bed" ...from "bed and breakfast" ! (there is no breakfast, you can only make a coffee). It's one apartment with two rooms: one has a separate bathroom from a tiny hall, another-as I know-must share bathroom with the owner (who lives in the kitchen). If you want more, take a hotel... and pay as a Stockholm-hotel price! But in this marvelous city, you only need a...bed to stay at night, 'cose there are so many things to see!
What's more important point for this apartment is the location: it's almost practically in the same building with the metro station Mariatorget, so you have good connections with all the "must-see" places. There are: 2 stops to Gamla Stan (old-city centre) and 3 stops to Central Station, where you have links to trains and all city airports. Very good links with all metro lines, buses, and boats lines!
And you have also an IC Shop on next corner (1 min.) Even is not a big room, you find everything there: coffee machine, kettle, phone charger, and on the hall, a fridge, glases and all kitchen tools.

Very good position of location

This place it not really a B&B (but a cover up airbnb). Also there is no breakfast! The location is great for getting around Stockholm city either by foot or if you wish there is a tube station only 2min. away from the flat. Had a room with shared bathroom but nowhere did it say that I had to share with the quiet grumpy owner. We had arrange arrival time but came to a complete mess, room not ready, stinky place, bathroom really messy and dirty and the corridor you have use to get to the bathroom so full of stuff that it was hard to move around. Would recommend looking for somewhere else if you visit the wonderful city of Stockholm.

Great location

The B&B is SO central, so easy to reach from Arlanda airport, so easy to get to from Stockholm Central Station.  The metro was metres from the front door of the building.  Just turn right and walk a few paces.
We live in the country so the quiet location was a bonus and our room overlooked a leafy courtyard, which was very peaceful.
Maybe just gentler bedside lights?  But a minor niggle with all the positive points.
The landlord, Stefan, had thought of everything!  From extra toiletries in the bathroom to somewhere to keep your gloves and hats in the winter.  The accommodation was very well appointed and the whole building was great for sound proofing.  We slept well and we were grateful for the blackout blind at the window as it didn't get dark until gone 23.00 hrs and was getting light again by 02.00 hrs. 
There are lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.  We found the best choice by turning right outside the building and walking to the crossroads.  There were also at least two great supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk, again to the right of the front door.
We found it easy to walk up to Gamla Stan from the apartment and exploring Sodermalm is a must as it is a haven of trendy shops of all kinds.
By the way - the wifi was so fast compared to what we are used to in rural parts of the UK!!!

This was a 50th birthday trip and I had been waiting to visit this city for over ten years.  
I was not disappointed and the B&B served us well.

A long awaited visit to this wonderful city

This is absolutely NOT a Bed & Breakfast but rooms in a high rise the owner rents out (with no breakfast). This is place was a misnomer for really an Airbnb type arrangement and something I never expected to find on this site.

The owner was a grumpy old queen wearing his underwear and soccer shorts halfway down his derriere most of the time. When I asked him for a extra shower towel he about freaked out telling me how some of his guests took them out the place for use. While the reservation was for a shared bathroom, It didn't say that I had to share it with the owner not with a fellow guest(s) as one would expect. I have been to all the States and around the world including a number of third world countries but this is definitely the creepiest place I have ever been to. I left after two nights and checked into a real hotel for the rest of my stay in beautiful Stockholm.

Coming Up Short in Stockholm

Don't be afraid to share this room in this apartment with Stefan! He's awesome, friendly and ready to help you in any questions! Room was very clean, also as toilet and bathroom. In room also were coffee machine, teapot, tea, gowns. Everything was fresh, clean and we were filling like we are at home. 
The subway is in 1 minute walk-Maria Torget station. But you also can reach almost everything just have a walk. Skansen, Vassa are about 30-40 minutes of nice walk. And it's about 30 minutes walk from airport shuttle bus ( if your luggage not very heavy).
