This Hotel was wonderful from the beginning to end -sad to leave! Affordaböe, comfortable, easy and everthing i needed! Highly recommend

Walkable to gamla station and in the heart of old town. Good price, but terrible WiFi and poor air circulation from in rooms. The essentials were there and decent breakfast buffet was included.

Hotel was very clean and extremely well located in the center of Gamla Stan. The room was a little small but we didn’t care much.

It was a lovely stay, in the middle of old Town. Super smooth checkout (just drop your cards at reception) could've been a bit clearer that check in is not open very late, but it was fine since we arrived around 5 pm. If you're looking for a central place to stay while in Stockholm, it will not get better than this.

Lovely accommodation just off the main areas in Old Town. Lift was broken so there were quite a few stairs, and reception could be a little hard to get ahold of for checkin/checkout/luggage storage. Otherwise, very nice stay, breakfast was amazing and location fantastic too.

I was a really good hotel. I ask if i could get early check in and they said no problem, really good service, The rooms are small but all you need, bath, toilet, good bed, big TV all you can ask for. The breakfast was good, so no compains there. Really good price

This lovely hotel was right in the heart of Old Town - Gamla Stan so convenient to everything.   There is no air conditioning so make sure to get a window- which was perfect for cool Stockholm nights. We had a great queen size bed with efficiency kitchen and full bath. Breakfast was included which was terrific! Very charming!!!

Really great value! We booked an apartment with a private shower and a kitchenette, and enjoyed being able to cook our own meals whenever we were too tired or too cheap to go out to eat. There's a grocery store literally a block away.The room was very clean, the kitchenette had everything we needed and more: a full- sized fridge and freezer, an oven, pots and pans, cups/dishes, cutlery, and an electric kettle.US guests may miss a coffee maker and a microwave, but we found it marvellously comprehensive. There's a good buffet breakfast in the morning, too!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, providing all basic necessities (except shampoo or conditioner), and our room did not have a bathtub (just a zero-clearance shower with drain in the floor). Small kitchenette with conventional, refrigerator, teapot, sink, and set of dishes/silverware, but no microwave.Floors 3 and 4 are not accessible by elevator.Nice location for visiting Gamla Stan (the old city). Close access to public transport. Breakfast is amazing--restaurant is clean and the food is fresh (cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, eggs, Vienna sausages, cereals, yogurt, dried fruit, and a variety of bread, coffee, tea, and juices). Good value for your money.

The rooms were okay, clean and renovated. The area is nice, right in the center of the old town. The only surprising thing was that the reception is not available for 24h. Reception would open starting from 3PM. If you arrive earlier you need to call some phone number and they would tell you the code to get in.But the location and the area around it beat this.

Really in the old town

Nice small hotel in the center of Old town. Very suitable for 1-2 nights stay, but if you stay longer you will probably experience the rooms being very small. No room for a bigger suitcase. Check in went quickly, though the person who greeted us was not to nice. He sounded a bit irritated and just wanted the check in to go as fast as possible. Breakfast was okay, not the best one but totally eatable.

Aptment with kitchen - best value in Gamla Stan!

The room was great! The kitchen was really useful! But the lift was broken, so getting bags to the room was challenging. You can't drive to it, so getting there was a little tricky. The desk is only open during check in hours, but even during that time there wasn't always someone there, and they didn't answer the bell (I tried on two occasions waiting for several minutes both times before giving up). The room itself was as described and exactly what we needed.

Had booked a 3 night stay in the low season for me and my friend and got a nice room with street view and as stated check in is at 3 and no earlier lol had to learn the hard way. Beds where comfortable just the duvet cover really shouted 2 star hotel. The lights in the bathroom went out and didn’t work for the rest half of our stay so we had to shower in the dark and the exhaust vent in the bathroom didn’t work at all. Some noise from the remodeling going on and they had the stairs closed off … over all it was very clean and worked for us

Good place in the old city

I like the location of the hotel. It is historical and convenient.

I did not receive instructions with the building and luggage room codes until after my first morning there. That was a bit of a pain to deal with, but your staff was great about it, and very helpful.
