Wonderful place! A bit to fancy food on the menu, otherwise top notch

A lot of dust under the beds but otherwise the rooms in the SPA building are quite fresh. You have to pay extra if you want to try billiards or some other activity and this is very unusual in similar hotels according to our experience.

Great stay and fantastic service.The spa was one of the best we have been on.Only one thing bad, the scrambled egg was not on eggs🙃We will be back!

Amazing location and breakfast. The SPA was way beyond my expectation. The beds was twin beds wich I do not like. Prefer queen-sized. The shower in the bathroom need to be fixed.

Great spa for price. Not so vego at dinner.

My first time at a Spa and I wasn't disappointed, especially when I found out there was only about 8 other guests compared to about 300 the previous weekend, nice location in a small village in the Swedish countryside with pleasant, helpful staff.

Room:
Our room was in a complex a short walk from the restaurant & Spa, the room was clean, well maintained with a Flat Screen TV, free WiFI, shower and toilet, but the room was bit on the small side and was a bit of a squeeze to get into the bed, but it was very comfortable and we slept good. It was a bit hot in the for my liking, but this is normal in Sweden in the winter.  

Food:
We arrived early and ate a really nice lunch, a lunch buffet with fresh breads, a fantastic mixed mushroom soup, pickled herrings, salads, salmon and isterband sausage.
The evening meal was even better with a perfect lamb dish.
Breakfast the next day was ok, but nothing special, a typical Swedish/Continental buffet.
The second lunch buffet was also really good, with cod and a pawn sauce or Goulash soup.
Drinks and fruit were freely available at the Spa.

Spa:
As I said, this was my first time at a Spa so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a nice building with friendly staff who informed us of all the facilities and helped us with bath robes, towels and sandals.
In the Spa were Saunas, a heated pool with jet steams, a steam room, bubble pool, a room with hot spring water in a copper trough with jugs hanging around it, no idea what it was for! There were massages, oil treatments,  a sun room and other activities available at an extra cost, we didn't try these though.

Overall a nice, relaxing 24 hours and will probably visit again in the future.
It is a large complex and I can imagine if it was full of guests it would have been another experience, with queues ect.

Basic room, clean and adequate. Basic tea and coffee available in a communal area only. Great breakfast.

What should of been a wonderful 3 day / night memory stay for my husbands birthday , became a stay of irritation. Starting with buying a package that had a summer buffet only to find the buffet ended in the first half of August though I purchased the package after it ended so was given choice of menu items. The personnel in the Restaurant/Spa/Housekeeping are 5 stars. However check in personnel were impersonal and gave very little information at check in. The restaurant while good food is not set correctly NO SALADS OF ANY KIND, no light meals so very heavy dinners. Not a lot of choice in their set weekly menu for those with lighter appetites. Raw meat dishes or shrimp selection as starters along with one vegan starter. No lunch on Saturdays. 
Breakfast buffet was wonderful. 

No water boilers in room or coffee machines. Though in evening a capsule machine was placed on counter with coffee capsules for guests after spa closed at 7.  

Rooms are inconvenient for long stay no where to put your clothes away like socks underwear etc. 4 hangers to hang clothes up. What was a supposed double superior room was on par with regular double room without closet or dresser at a regular hotel. Double superior room had one comfortable seat one desk chair and small table. Not comfortable seating for two.

Outside roof terrace was a Mess, wooden chairs that have not been oiled in a very long time. Impersonal uncared for area with a textile rug left to the weather elements. Nothing materially that changes this so called resort spa into anything other than an impersonal big hotel. While it has a calming outside of nature, a nice relax area of hot tub and saunas and mineral ritual scrub as well as the daylight room, the hours for this are 10 am to 7 pm. Outsiders not staying at hotel also buy passes. Unless your spa is included in price of room it is extremely expensive to use the facility! You need to book your time in the swim spa area max 3 hours. You need to book dinner time.  No ice machines . Have to go to main building to get glass of ice as the spa building has limited ice.  

While the hotel has a wonderfully superb multi-cultural team, someone needs to take another look at how it is run! It was definitely NOT worth almost $600.00 dollars for 3 nights!!!! The absolute only thing I can honestly recommend is the personnel. The rest you can pay half the price for and get better accommodations even in Sweden.

We stayed in a superiour double room but unfortunately didn´t sleep well due to the stiffness of the beds. (I would compare the beds to those found in cheap Mediterranean hotels in the 90's.)We ordered the Summer buffet and it was really good with lots of dishes to shoose from.The only complaint here would be that they didn't include any kind of dessert nor coffee or tea. There were however sweets (cake croissants etc.) as part of the breakfast buffet. I would suggest that the hotel also or instead offer them as dessert after the evening buffet. Now it just seems cheap not to have any kind of dessert included in the summer evening buffet and kind of surplus to have them at breakfast. Beside these issues we enjoyed our stay.
