There are so many things for the kids to do here, and with an activity bracelet, most will be free. This means the kids can roam freely. Great! For adults there are enough of things to do as well, diners, spa, beach and general well-being.

The campsite is really nice, right next to the beach. The staff is always super friendly and the service houses super clean. And for relaxing there is no better place than the spa right on the waterfront! 

Behind the big building of Pite havsbad there is a cute little house called SPAFYREN, and this place is Beyond. Amazing. I would recommend every person that goes for a visit, to this very cool and lively area called Pite Havsbad, to visit the SPA, at least once. Other then the SPA, they also have some cool restaurants, indoor adventure pools, concerts etc. Visiting the spa is a MUST though. I did not stay over night unfortunately so I have no comment about the Hotel service(yet). 

It was a nice stay, check-in/out was easy, friendly receptionists, the room is spacious for a family of four. Nice beach, big playground and nice tivoli, kids will love it. The tacos restaurant in the hotel is disappointing.

Room was nice except for bathroom which was dated. Great location close to the sea. Nice Corona-adjusted breakfast with friendly staff. Restaurant staff rather young and inexperienced, did not clean up mess made during serving and were focusing on their phones rather than being attentive to customers. Gym rather run down.

Great beachside location in our caravan afforded us the opportunity to live side by side with hicks. Run down banger caravan, four kids, two dogs and constant noise, BBQ, boozing, parents peeing up a tree. I can tolerate the music and their tattoos are impressive but the lack of showering and use of a toilet is gross. If daily gatherings of 15 dossers late into the night is your thing then book now. They were friendly but I now fully understand why sometimes people shoot their neighbours.

I don’t like to say it but this giant camping delivers better than most others.  

Very good facilities for toilets and showering and decent cleaning. 

Beach is great, things to do are great, nice jogging trails in the forest. 
When we had noisy drunk neighbours we called reception and security were there in a quite short time. 
Patrolling security all evenings.. that good. 

But it is expensive.... 
Everything cost money and bowling needs a fix. 

Free washing of clothes... Good!

Unfortunately this hotel is overpriced. The standard not really ok for this price, breakfast i would say quite bad and I was there during winter time where road to the hotel was full of ice where it was easy to fall over and hurt yourself.

Staff in the grill was great. Staff at front desk was ok. I was really disappointed when we were told that pool was only open from 4-8 andwoukd be closed the entire following day. Front desk person proceeded to tell me “ you should know that summer in Sweden is only 4 weeks”. Whhhat? First, that’s not true, I’ve been to Sweden many summers and secondly, the pool and water park are indoors!

Great location, somewhat run-down

Lovely beach and great waterpark lots of BBQ boozing hicks openly urinating while their yapping dogs poop on the beach.

Well, for sure better preparation to access hotel and areas nearby. There was water and ice everywhere! I know this from others "we live in north part of sweden and it is like that" - hell no, it is just laziness and stupidity. I have never see so big lack of irresponsibility in preparation of area near and in front of hotel. What more, are letting pigs enter restaurant? In some places where are swedes with kida it looks worst than in pigsty. We always try to clean after us, but what we have seen there is worst than so called 3rd world countries.
Pools for kids - why all this big pigs lay in water and kids dont have place to play there? I understand that you have to take care about kids there (I also do that) but be seriuos, adults just laying all over this small pools? What the f...
Again in middle ofour stay there cards didn't work to open room. Is it normall in Sweden to block cards in middle of stay in hotel?

Short holidays

Booked the suite on the hotel.  Nice, big room. With jaccuzi and sauna.  The bad part, is that we can't adjust the temperatur in the room. So it can be very hot.  Also the tv's are not set up so you can cast from your phone. 

The camping/park is very nice, much to do for the kids.  Beyond burgers did not deliver at all.  Boring food.  Also, we are very fed up with burgers, fries and pizza.  The food options are not  good.

Suite

The hotel is a bit rundown, old-looking, the room is not updated and a bit dirty. The reception gave us the wrong room with someone still staying in it, we had to walk all the way back to the reception from the room and asked for a different room. No compensation for the mistake, the reception was not even nice about it. Will still probably go back for the fact that it's the closest "fun thing" to do from Umeå (1hr drive from the town we live), maybe we'll try the cabin next time.
