A very cozy B&B.
The keeper of the place is very friendly and helpfull.
Rooms are nice and equiped with tv, fan, wifi and very comfy beds. 

There is a shared bathroom on every floor and showers are on the 1st floor with the sauna.
Sauna is equiped with Harvia sauna stove so it certainly gives you a nice steam.

Breakfast was great. Basicly anything you can find at a big chain hotel breakfast, but the scrambled eggs of this place were amazing.

You can also re-charge your car here. It’s the slow charge (suko) but it is free. Parking space is right in front of the front door.

Very cozy and pleasant

PROS:
It is very well located if you aim at visiting both Goteborg city and Goteborg Archipelago.
By tram, which is located 5 minutes on foot from the structure, you can reach Goteborg city centre in 20/30 minutes and Saltholmen Brygga (where you take ferries towards the islands) in few minutes.
The structure is pretty basic, yet cosy, clean and well run.
The owner is super nice and willing to reach out to you in the all possible ways.
There is a Coop grocery store a couple of minutes away on foot which comes really handy.
A good continental breakfast is served in the morning. 

CONST:
Although the area is super quite, there aren't restaurants or bars nearby.
The parking space available may get a bit narrow when there are a lot of bookings but it comes really handy since you won't need the car to visit the Islands or Goteborg city.

A great place in a great location!

It is located in a quiet area, in a residential area of single-family homes, 5 minutes from the tram stop number 11. Nearby there is a supermarket. The hotel has 7 rooms spread over 3 floors. On the lower floor are the showers and a magnificent sauna that helps fight the cold outside. The manager is Peter and is a gentleman willing to help at all times and very pleasant. The hotel has free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with sofas and a large TV. The rooms are natural light, are quiet and have very comfortable beds. It is a highly recommended establishment for young people who want to make a getaway to this city as well as for families with children.

Quiet and familiar settlement.

Lovely location! If you want to have a silent and calm location for your trip this is it! In middle of a lovely neighborhood you find this B&B. Nice rooms clean and nice and I loved the bed! The owner was very helpful and make a delious brekfast. It was like "Welcome to my place".

Nice and quiet B&B

I was here for work in May 2015 for 8 days. The structure is located in the outskirts of Gothenburg, being equipped with a car I found it very easy to move and to reach the center it takes only 20 minutes even on traffic days. The owner was immediately very kind, he allowed me to park in the avenue under the house to avoid incurring unpleasant fines. My room was on the second floor (mansarda), a very cozy and warm double bed. Breakfast from seven in the morning very abundant. The only sin was the common bathroom that I personally do not like very much, although it was always very clean. To wash you have to go down to the ground floor always in a common room where there is also the sauna and washing machines for those who need the clothes.

The B&B in Gothenburg's outer area is easy to find, however, best with your own vehicle. Nice clean small rooms without great comfort, community toilet and washing room on the ground floor, shower room in the basement. Breakfast room friendly, breakfast itself is rather spartan but sufficient for a quick start to the day. No TV in the room but very good WiFi throughout the house. Basically, however, depending on the claim, an acceptable accommodation for business travellers is more likely to be expected for habit, comfort and flair.
