The Gästhuset i Åre exceeded my expectations in most aspects. The location is hard to beat, the keepers are very responsive and the flat we stayed in was really nice. It had two full size bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen big enough to both prepare meals and eat them, and a sauna in the cellar free for the guests. Everything was of good standard - clean and functioning. The price was very affordable and you select the service level you want (linens, cleaning). I will definitely come back if I ever get the opportunity.
