FABULOUS! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

Never thought I’d use the word perfect but that’s just what this place is, perfection. Not one compliant. Phenomenal service food fitness and, again food (super healthy and bountiful).

The body holiday is perfection. Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wellness center and all the spa treatments were excellent. The entertainment was amazing as were all the fitness classes and staff. I can say enough about our amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

This resort is unlike any other.  The daily included spa treatments and wide of range included activities made this vacation the perfect destination for someone who doesn’t just want to sit on the beach all day everyday

Outstanding hotel. We had a fabulous time. The staff are so polite and welcoming, there is so much to do on site and tours to explore elsewhere too. A great place to try new things, as well as relax and switch off. Plus the daily spa treatment was fantastic!

St. Lucia was a beautiful destination. The standout sunsets on the beach and restaurant views were pretty epic. It was a peaceful vacation for me. I had just recovered from a small illness, so I chose relaxation for my trip. I would have loved to do some of the fitness offerings, but my body was a bit tired and ran down, so I enjoyed peaceful, daily naps. The solo garden room actually had an ocean view at the side window. It was just enough space to stay organized. The room was very quiet, and not once did I hear a neighbor.The smells of the body washes and handsoap were really nice. Tea in the room and cookies for turndown service was a nice tough. They also give you a free water bottle to tote around and filtered water.I had daily massages, and one day, I did the West Indies Facial. The facial was pretty lovely and relaxing. However, at the beginning, I felt quite insulted. Trying to sell products by telling me my face products don’t work and critiquing my face in not so pleasant way was a turn-off. I also felt the daily massages were lacking and weren’t relaxing as a massage should be. The therapists don’t seem highly trained and spent most of the 50 minutes organizing and loudly opening and closing cupboards. The actual treatment was narrowed down to about 35 minutes. They didn’t seem friendly and hardly any of them had anything sort of a genuine smile. I would have liked to see the massage treatments more professional and encouraging peaceful relaxation. Beautiful location and a huge range of activities including sports and exercise classes. Very friendly staff and easy to meet other guests. Food generally good and a range of options, although evening buffets mixed. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfy bed and lovely views. Key downside is that  the website is poor and unable to book any restaurants or treatments in advance despite being encouraged to do so.

Just back from an amazing stay at BodyHoliday. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, our accommodations were comfortable, and the food and drinks were delicious. Add in the wellness classes and spa treatments and you definitely have a vacation to remember. What really made the vacation truly special however, is the amazing staff who work at BodyHoliday. EVERYONE we interacted with from the moment we checked in until the day we left, were so welcoming. We met so many amazing people from the housekeeping staff, restaurants and wellness spa. We would like to do a special shoutout to the activities staff - all have incredible enthusiasm and energy, and keep you motivated during the most challenging classes. This trip exceeded all expectations and we are already planning to return as soon as we can.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel! This was our second visit, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The included spa treatments were absolutely relaxing, and we really enjoyed the variety of sports activities available. The water sports were so much fun, providing both excitement and adventure.The staff deserves a special mention—they were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for a third visit. Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough good things about The Body Holiday!  Adults only, all inclusive which includes a daily spa treatment and tons of activities. The room and property were beautiful. Very comfortable bed and they have pillow/mattress topper options. The staff were SO gracious and friendly!  As a solo traveler, I was always comfortable. There is also a communal dining table at dinner which is a great option. Met some really nice people. Many solo travelers as well. Breakfast and lunch were buffets with lots of options and I found the variety and taste very good. Dinners were absolutely delicious. Three restaurants from which to choose. One night they had a Caribbean buffet for dinner with lots of local foods. Friday night was a beach barbecue that was also very good. The spa treatments! Heaven!! Honestly, some of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The therapists are wonderful. Three lovely pools and a small but beautiful beach. Water was clear and warm; no seaweed (I was there in August). I didn’t partake in many activities but there are SO many each day, all of which are included. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time at the Body Holiday. The community there (both Staff and guests) is amazing, the food is delicious, the activities are very fun. I have nothing but great things to say about the Body Holiday. The longer you can stay the better.Note: Due to the wellness aspect of the Body Holiday you are encouraged to “unplug”. There is limited to no WiFi connection at the resort except for within the rooms and in the reception area. Good to keep in mind in case you are looking to work from the resort. Most people, however, welcome the opportunity to be disconnected.

The BodyHoliday at LeSport is absolutely amazing! The grounds are beautiful, the beach water is clear and warm, the spa treatments are amazing, the food is delicious and the staff is incredible!! I was at the resort during Hurricane Beryl and the staff did an excellent job taking care of the guests! They spent the night at the resort and worked many hours to ensure guests had what they needed and were comfortable! I will definitely be back!
